Upgrade your ship and equipment based on what you need. Focus on your engine to reach farther out in space, expand your cargo space to haul more to sell, or reinforce your suit to withstand unwelcoming environments. Play with friends and strangers in a shared universe where the players shape everything, from territorial conflicts to how much of the universe is known and explored. Play in VR for an even more immersive experience. The entire game is playable either in VR or on traditional screens. All things considered, No Man’s Sky is the first game in years to actually justify the use of the word “ambitious”. That’s why I like it.
